We offer a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee on defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For standard returns, customers have 30 days after receiving their order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at glowfactoryteam@gmail.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
European Union Customers
Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
